Very disappointing. All of our chips were undercooked. Mine actually tasted like the freezer. Burgers were lukewarm at best and very disappointing also. I removed my bun as it tasted and felt crumbly/stale. Wings also were not good. The food did not match up to the expensive prices. I wouldn't eat here again

Ate here twice recently. Staff are always so lovely and the food is great. Also very happy to see them following the health guidelines despite the harrassment. Definitely will be visiting again soon!

The staff at coqbull were absolutely fantastic! They were so accommodating and allowed all 27 of us to enjoy an evening full of laughter and great food! It was a pleasure to visit and we will definitely be back!!Thanks for having us 😊

This was one of our ultimate go to restaurants . Sadly yesterday was extremely average. The serving staff kept coming over asking was everything OK. Even at one point before we took one bite from the starter's. The food is average certainly not as gorgeous as all the years before. It was before dinner time so it's not like they were under pressure. Changed my rating from 5 star to average. The restaurant still has a great atmosphere 😊

An awesome restaurant with great service and great food whatever time of day! Can Music can occasionally be a little on the loud side, but otherwise one of my family's favourite places to eat.

Great food large portions. Very friendly staff. Great for a chat and had excellent recommendations on food and cocktails! Would highly recommend the colliflower wings with BBQ sauce.

Amazing burgers. It seems such a simple formula to make burgers. However, there is so much flavour in CoqBull beef burgers. And it's really consistent.

Really disappointed. Read positive reviews but it wasn't the case for us. Food arrived 4 minutes after we ordered it and everything was cold. Honestly get the feeling most things are pre cooked and left under a heater. We were put under pressure to order too. We were sitting about 90 seconds and asked what we wanted. When they started clearing up the place around us some waitress slapped down the bill and said "we're closing". Bear in mind our booking was for 8pm and this was at 9.10pm. Everything was rushed. I don't ever write reviews online but feel after tonight's experience I should.

Dublin prices for mediocre at best burgers. Service wasn't great. As soon as we finished our burgers (still halfway through our cocktails) staff brought the bill and credit card machine which was very disrespectful, considering we were there for less than 30 minutes and had reservations in advance. I do not recommend.

We have visited CoqBull before the lockdown. It is great to see that they have take away options. Their food and service is quick and efficient. The staff are friendly and welcoming.It is wheelchair accessible. There is wheelchair accessible parking nearby.You will need to wear a mask when picking up your order.#accessible #familyfriendly #wheelchairaccessible #takeaway #takeout

Great burgers, (marrow bone butter is delicious) and great selection of drinks. The staff here are just so lovely, you'd easily know you were in Cork😀Theres always a great buzz here, not hectic or mad, just a lovely atmosphere and suitable for everyone, theres always a mix of people here anytime I go in.

Great food and exceptional service. We (a family of 6) really enjoyed our meal here, the filo prawns, burgers, pizza and spice bag were really good. They were very accommodating to us on a very busy Sunday before Christmas. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend here!

Eat here a few times.january the 6th been the last.we were a party of 5 everybody very happy with food.the waiter even came back to our table to see if my daughter wanted the chilly flakes on her pizza as it was on the menu witch she didnt .very professional staff all round.great buzz everywhere.one of the few places the staff seemed very happy.it was busy but in my view thts a good thing so book ahead is my advice.we will return wihtout a doubt.well done guys. Hope ye guys doing ok coming out of lockdown

The burgers here are huge! Very nice place to have a burger. The chips aren't really good though. The service is great, the place is big but busy, so you might have to wait for a table.

Loved their food, not long of wait and Excellent service from very attentive waiters.If you like burgers, chips, pizza etc the you will like this place. They make plain 'take away' food into Gorgeous food!

Don’t get me wrong, my burger was lovely. But myself and my partner both got the cookies for dessert and felt disappointed that they weren’t even heated, neither was the caramel sauce. To be blunt about it, we could have both got cookies, ice cream and caramel sauce of the same standard in Tesco and then heated them up. It really wasn’t worth €6.50 each. Our waitress did not ask how our desserts were when clearing the table or how everything was upon payment. Having previously worked in hospitality I believe final impressions are important as it’s what the customer will remember. I feel that the second half of the meal has overshadowed the first half.

Can't complain about anything! Staff are brilliant, very kind and hard-working. Even when it was busy, I wasn't waiting too long to be seated, the food came quick and was brilliant as always. The burgers are phenomenal!

Great food and great service from friendly staff. It's a pity they don't have a disabled bathroom on the ground floor for those of us with mobility issues.

Was quite disappointed with the service on dining there last night. Booked a table for three a week in advance and through email. Asked if 8pm on the 27th was free and Dave, who I was in contact with through email replied back saying that 7pm or 7.30pm was free and would he book me in for 7.30pm. Replied and told him that 7.30pm would be great.Last night my friend arrived at around 25 past 7 and was told that there was no booking under my name. She was treated quite rudely and was kept being asked who made the booking. My other friend and I then arrived at half 7 and again were treated quite rudely. They were very accusatory and very brash. I told them I had an email about the booking and the man who was dealing with (didn't get his name) literally leant over my shoulder looking into my phone while I was trying to pull up the email. Showed him the email stating it was the 27th at half 7. And he said 'Its grand I've just pushed two tables together upstairs for you'. There was no apology given when I showed the emails or anything.I understand that it was busy and they might have felt under pressure but we had made a booking in advance and I had proof of the booking. Yet we were made to feel like an inconvience and that we were the ones who had made a mistake.I usually don't have any issues at all when I dine here, and the food and drinks were lovely and we enjoyed them but it was just disappointing to start the evening on such a bad note.

The staff were absolutely lovely. A really safe place to eat under the new government guidelines but also relaxing.I couldnt recommend this place enough and how relaxed and kind the staff were they couldn't have looked after to us any better at our table really nice lovely atmosphere.

The only thing good about this place is how friendly the staff are. Would recommend wiping down tables after each customer. Observed two tables leaving and only the plates etc being picked up. No wipe down which is common practice especially now.

Went on a sat night at 8 pm peak time! Place was absolutely packed so I recommend a reservation if you dont want a wait. But if you just pop in I love the fact that upstairs they have a bar where you can wait till a table becomes available. Decor is funky and the staff are young and super helpful. We ordered drinks first and the cocktail came straight away even though it was packed. It was a proper cocktail too with fresh fruit. Food was served quickly and it was amazing. The coq wings are a must if you visit and the chicken burger was beyond tasty. I will 100% be returning can't recommend the place enough!

Absolutely excellent food. Cannot fault it. Chicken always excellent as well as the burgers. Highly recommend the chicken gravy.
